Academic Content

We are deeply disturbed by the violent purposes to which scripture has been applied over the centuries and still today, and our primary aim is to develop and teach methods of interpreting and applying difficult biblical passages in ways which lead to peace, and confidence in the goodness of God. We hope thereby to enable the church to offer counter-violent counter-extremist narratives in situations of conflict or tension. We aim to deliver meaningful, accessible resources to the churches in the UK and internationally.
