For our second episode, we sat down with the Revd Dr Helen Paynter to talk about Biblical Violence, and what we, as peacemakers, can learn from these stories.

🎧The episode will be available at 12pm on Monday (1st March) here: https://lght.ly/6g8pmam

I'm re-re-reading @paynter's book The Bible Doesn't Tell Me So, as I'm writing a review for the Journal for the Study of Bible and Violence.

I'll post the review when it's public, but I highly recommend this book. Accessible,Bible-centred (ergo also victim-centred), pastoral.
